We are searching for a Sales Representative to lead the charge in the selling/marketing of all company services.

Core Competencies:

  • Organizing the current customer base and contacts.
  • Creating weekly check-in reminders for the team.
  • Prospecting.
  • Supporting and at times, leading, the company’s marketing efforts and initiatives.
  • Customer check-ins and drop-offs.

Onboarding and Training Summary:

  • Three weeks of shadowing and observing with operations to get familiar with; Our customer base; Comprehension of what we do; Understanding of how our business functions.
  • Approximately one week with our Training & Development Manager, reviewing the fine details of operations and how to record visits, meetings, and prospects.
  • One week, initially, with the General Manager, reviewing targeted discussion topics for our market, business stance and trajectory of future goals and how sales will directly influence the success of those goals.

Sales Representative will not only be versed in selling, but immersed in pricing discussions. They will be able to fill out portions of our BIDS with the support of our Transport Manager, Accounting, and General Manager. Their core focus will be to execute targeted rollouts specific to regions, and target markets sourced from Division Managers. They will also oversee establishing, maintaining, and growing a pipeline for all divisions within our business. The representatives’ goal is to secure meetings, conversations, and prospect pipelining.
